• When purchasing digital art, no product or package will be physically mailed to you.  Your art is provided as high resolution .jpg files that you must download.  Please refer to the product description for a list of how many and what size .jpg files are provided and what print sizes the files support.
• Upon checkout, the files are immediately available from a link in the Download section of the checkout page.  You will also receive an email from 1010artistry with a link to download the files.  PLEASE SAVE THIS EMAIL!  The download link in the email is how you will access your files if you need to re-download them in the future.

When downloading either from the link on the checkout page or the link in the order confirmation email, please note the following:

• It is highly recommended to download the files from a computer as opposed to a mobile device.
• You are limited to downloading the files a maximum of 5 times.
• When you click on the download link, no separate window or pop-up will appear. The file will begin automatically downloading to the default Downloads folder on your computer’s hard drive. Most web browsers have a Downloads icon or link in the menu bar that will display the download progress.
• You can access your files by clicking on the Downloads icon or link in your web browser, or by navigating directly to the Downloads folder on your computer’s hard drive using File Explorer.
• The .jpg files are contained together in one or more .zip files which can be unzipped by right clicking the file in File Explorer and choosing “Extract All” or using your preferred application for handling .zip files.
